Happy Homemaker Monday

The weather in my neck of the woods:
It was fabulous this weekend!  Supposed to get rainy again this week... :/  But oh well.  Should be good for seeds growing in the garden!!!

Things that make me happy:
Spending time with friends, finding my way along the path to God, good food and good friends!

Book I'm reading:
Oh gosh!  TOO many right now!
Tribulation Force
Power of a Praying Wife
How to Study the Bibl ein 28 days
Swiss Family Robinson(read-along with Bones)
Bible

What's on my TV today:
Nothing.  Got behind on my Army Wives, but not too worried about it.

On the menu for dinner:
Man Sandwiches.  :D  Yummy!  Will post the recipe soon.

On my To Do List:

Doctor's appointment
drop some stuff off to friends
clean my house
fold TOO much laundry
finish planting my seeds

New Recipe I tried or want to try soon:
Nothing.  My wrist is just now healed, and we ate out way too much.  Ready to get back in the kitchen this week!

In the craft basket:
Gotta fix Cupcake's dolly I made her for Christmas.  Bones has had a hand in her demise...  ;)

Looking forward to this week:
Packing up the supplies to send back to the virtual school.  We've purchased all our curriculum for next year and we're ready to go!  Will write a post on all of it soon! :)

Tips and Tricks:
I have nothing today... :/

My favorite blog post this week:
I just love Heather over at  Want What You Have.  She wrote a post this week about the Biggest Money Wasters.  Her entire blog is full of fabulous tips.  :)  I check it every day!

Blog Hopping (a new discovered blog you would like to share with the readers):
None.  :(  I haven't found any new blogs lately...

No words needed (favorite photo or picture, yours or others you want to share):
No photos here.

Lesson learned the past few days:

Patience.  :)  God is working on it, and I was shown that tonight.  He is GOOD, all the time.

On my mind:
SO much.  So so much.

Devotionals, Scripture Reading, Key Verses:
Generosity is both a spiritual gift and a spiritual discipline. Generosity is important to God because it is the opposite of selfishness, one of the most destructive sins. Generosity promotes giving, trust, mercy and putting the needs of the others above your own-all traits that build relationships. Don’t forget to do good and to share with those in need. These are the sacrifices that please God. Hebrews 13:16
